LG has added two additional Ergo displays to its expanding Ergo monitor family for customers who want to optimize their work space and enhance the flexibility of their setup. The LG Ergo Dual (model 27QP88D) and LG Ergo Single (model 32QP880) are both IPS monitors with QHD resolution (2560 x 1440) that can be simply mounted to the edge of a desk or a cutout with the supplied C-Clamp. Beginning this month, LG’s new Ergo line will be available in certain countries.
From LG:
With articulated arms that connect firmly without screws to desks and tabletops up to a maximum thickness of 75 millimeters, both the dual and single versions are now simpler to install. LG’s patent-pending C-Clamp uses a thin, durable grommet to enable customers to simply attach the stand on the edge of a desk or cable hole to start working (or playing) in no time, using very little desktop space for a clean, uncluttered workstation. Furthermore, both LG Ergo monitors support charging a laptop through the USB-C One Cable Solution, and the Ergo Dual supports DisplayPort daisy chaining.
Specifications
“The LG Ergo models for 2021 are sophisticated workstation solutions intended to offer the utmost in flexibility with all the display capabilities today’s advanced users expect,” said Jang Ik-hwan, LG Electronics Business Solutions Company’s senior vice president and head of the IT business section. “Both the Ergo Dual and Ergo Single provide next-level user ease, superior IPS image quality, and a slew of helpful features that premium LG monitors are known for.”
