The September 8th patch is up for review! This update includes valuable features for you, while some may argue that some of the portions of the game are more important than others. For example, some argue that the game’s balance is more important than the content. But what you can’t argue is that the game is more enjoyable with some of the new features. So, without further ado, I’d like to present the following list of changes:
The Valorant September 8 patch notes are now available, as well as Update 3.05. Let’s see what’s new and what’s altered.
A fresh new map named Fracture, a few competitive improvements, and various agent adjustments, balancing, and tweaks are all coming with Valorant Update 3.05. These are recommended reading for players that utilize Breach, Raze, Killjoy, Sova, and Brimstone. The complete Valorant September 8 patch notes for Update 3.05 can be found below.
The new map, Fracture, is coming online in a limited-time Fracture-only queue, as you can see below. Players will be able to experience and practice on the new map in the normal, unrated mode. If no balancing problems arise after the limited-time mode ends, the map will most likely be added to the competitive rotation.
Valorant’s Update 3.05 is set to be released on September 8, 2021, at the time of writing.

- For all matchmaking games until the conclusion of Act II, premium Battlepass upgrades provide a 3% XP increase toward Battlepass tier advancement.
- We think the Battlepass experience is greatest when you can receive hype prizes when you unlock tiers, reach significant milestones, and feel good about what you’ve accomplished.
- Because upgrades are not retroactive, upgrading early will provide you with the most XP.
- Daily and Weekly Missions are not eligible for the XP increase.
Social
- Players are discouraged from harvesting account levels by staying AFK in game modes like Deathmatch and Snowball Fight, thanks to improvements to the AFK detection mechanism.
Performance
- The server frame time is no longer included in the ping computation update.
- NVIDIA Reflex markers have been updated.
- Reflex is a tool for reducing and monitoring rendering delay. By integrating current markets and fixing outdated markers, the update should improve frame speed.
